Legendary Fragments are among the juiciest things in Chibi Fighters Wiki.
They can convert any common item into a legendary item!
That not awesome enough, used on a weapon, they can upgrade its stats by 40%.
There are differences though.
Used on gear[ | ]
You can infuse any common item. Neither rare, mythic nor legendary can be infused.
Even common items come in handy once in a while.
Just click on the item in your inventory and instead of selling it to the market or player, select infuse in the drop-down menu.
When you infuse a common item it will become a legendary. Meaning it will receive 4 stats.
These stats are whatever that item has available in its legendary form. Basically it's like finding a legendary item. But instead of finding one, you created it.
Of course not all stats are created equal and sometimes you are just looking for something else.
In this case you can remove the fragment.
Removing fragments will result in the items destruction. After all you are empowering a common item with a very powerful gem.
However, your fragment is never lost. So just pile up some common items and infuse/remove until you have a great item.
Used on weapons[ | ]
It's a bit different with weapons. Since weapons are fully on chain and we want to spare you gas costs, infusing a weapon with a legendary fragment will boost all its stats by 40%.
It will not add any stats. Only improve stats the weapon already has.
Where to find[ | ]
Now that you really want to get a hold of one of those fragments here some sources.
Seasons[ | ]
The winner in seasons will receive a legendary fragment. At this point it is not an easy task.
Daily Rewards[ | ]
If you are lucky enough to be Tier 2 for daily rewards (it's really not that hard to become tier 2, here a guide)
You will receive a legendary fragment after claiming the reward for 14 days.
So a new fragment every 14 days. Easy as.
Ether Chests[ | ]
If you are really lucky, there is a 1% chance on every ether chest to get a legendary fragment.
Market[ | ]
When buying an infused item on the market (gear or weapon) you will also receive the legendary fragment.
This can be a great option, too. However, prices on those items are often a bit on the higher end.
Events[ | ]
Once in a while we have special events running and most of the times a legendary fragment is involved.
