TRON (TRX) is a digital currency like Bitcoin, Ethereum or Ripple.

It is used to power smart contracts. You can trade it at any major exchange.

Chibi Fighters Wiki, and Founder token, are a smart contract. It is "smart" as it knows when it receives X amount of TRON, it will send you X amount of Founder token. This is what makes smart contracts temper proof.

They are written the way they are and no one can change their mechanics. For example we could not modify it in a way that we receive TRON but you not the Founder token.

Of course our smart contract is a lot more complex than this example.

Dapp Browser[ | ]

A dapp browser is a browser like Firefox or Chrome, but it includes libraries required to interact with the TRON blockchain.

Just think of it as a plugin. No plugin, no TRON access.

Mobile[ | ]

Since you can't install plugins on mobile browsers just yet, you will need a so called dapp browser.

TRON Currency[ | ]

TRON or TRX is the currency used on the TRON protocol (part of which is the TRON blockchain).

TRON was founded by Justin Sun, former Chief Representative of the Greater China Region for Ripple and member of the first graduating class of Hupan University. Sun was named Forbes China 30 Under 30 from 2015 through 2017 and 2017 Forbes Asia 30 Under 30.

TRON has 6 digits. The smallest amount of TRON would be 0.000001 TRX which equals 1 SUN. Comparable with, but not to the same as ETH and WEI for player coming from Ethereum network.

The other way around would be 1000000 SUN equals 1 TRX.

Bandwidth[ | ]

You will receive a certain amount of free bandwidth points every 24h.

Bandwidth points are used to start transactions on TRON.

If you require more transactions then you can freeze a certain amount of TRON and you will receive even more bandwidth each day.

tronstation.io is a good tool to calculate bandwidth and energy rewards.

Power[ | ]

TRON Power can be used to vote for super representatives. It can be a nice way to earn dividends (it remains to be seen if the dividends are worth the effort at time of writing).

Basically super representatives or SR receive TRX for 'mining' which some will distribute among investors giving them power.

Freeze[ | ]

To gain Power, or additional Bandwidth or Energy per day you need to freeze your token.

You can do so by logging into your tronscan account. Use your private key to login (risky, be careful) or a ledger.

Freeze your TRX on your account page on tronscan. Chose Bandwidth or Energy, in either way you will receive Power matching the amount of TRON frozen (at time of writing).

You can unfreeze your TRX 3 days later.

Here an example of freezing 10 TRX for 10 Bandwidth, 10 TRX for 10 Energy which totaled to 20 Power.

Voting[ | ]

To briefly cover voting. Hop over to tronscan votes which you can find in the TRON SR dropdown menu.

If you have Power available click Click here to start voting. The page will change and you can allocate voting power. You can redistribute it freely any time.

A calculator to see what you can receive in return is here. Basically you would want to invest your vote in a SR that pays dividends.

TRC 10 and TRC 20[ | ]

Not a model number of the latest Terminator series. It stands for two standards on TRON. While TRX is the currency fueling smart contracts, the token of the actual contract for example FCF from Chibi Fighters Wiki, will be either an TRC 10 or TRC 20 standard. Or something totally different, then you should probably stay away from it unless you really know what you are doing.

Find an in depth explanation here: dev sources

TRC 10[ | ]

I will spare you the boring fine print, google got you covered. It is basically just a currency if you will. All it does, token in, token out. No complex logic.

TRC 20[ | ]

TRC 20 token, like FCF and later on Chibi Fighters Wiki themselves (though technically they will probably be TRC721 if this standard is established by then), do cost a little to interact with, but in return offer so much more.

For FCF they have all normal currency functions, but you can also set an allowance for other accounts (for example later when you swap FCF for Chibi Fighters Wiki, our contract needs an allowance to spend your token) and even gnarly things like a burn function. Which you can use to destroy your token. It doesn't make sense for you par se, but for example when you swap your token for Chibi Fighters Wiki we will burn them. Since after the presale they can no longer be bought.

So far you can pretty much run with TRC 10, but we have nice functions like discounts at day 1, day 2-8 and functions that store your invested TRX.
Heaven forbid the presale would be a disaster, you can simply claim your invested TRX back, easy as that.

That is what makes this contract smart and in the end a TRC 20 token.

Where to buy[ | ]

You can buy TRON or TRX (which is the market symbol of TRON) at any major exchange like binance.com, bitforex.com or OKEX.com

Find a full list at coinmarketcap.com

A fantastic currency conversion site is currencio.co click this link and you will see how their url works. e.g. currencio.co/trx/usd/390
Comes in handy all the time.

Where to store[ | ]

There are various solutions out there. We can not guarantee the safety, all we can do is recommend wallets that we use.

Things on TRON are in heavy dev so things might already be completely different by the time you read this.

Two wallets we use here at Chibi Fighters Wiki

TronLink Tronlink

A beautiful TRON wallet that stores your TRC10 and TRC20 token. You can easily create new accounts in it, too. Make sure to always store your private keys somewhere safe and never share.

Literally the first thing when creating a new account should always be, safe the private key, or mnemonic, whatever the account has.

Be careful with the mnemonic since it will only restore the first 5 addresses and create a new mnemonic for each account. Just stick to the private key.

It is not possible to lock the wallet, unless you deactivate and activate the entire plugin. Safe to assume they will add a button.

Tronlink prev

TronPayTronpay

While it is not the prettiest, nor does it support token, it is still a working wallet.

You can lock your wallet.

Tronpay prev

Explorer[ | ]

TronScan is a so called blockchain explorer. You can use it to browse transactions, contracts, all sorts of backend stuff.

Tronscan

Adding FCF[ | ]

You can add FCF to your wallet (currently only possible on TronLink) by adding a TRC20 token with this address:

TMDtkmMKZLN7k53Boekk1ovULShZJodysy

If your wallet supports QR codes, you can use this one to add the token.

Trx fcf code

This is also the address you can scan on tronscan to see all interactions with it.

Conclusion[ | ]

Now that you have a TRON wallet installed or even a dapp browser it is time to dig in and get yourself a Founder token

You can also browse around this portal to see what is going on with Chibi Fighters Wiki and what you can expect when it comes to TRON.

We welcome you into our mix.
